Rosemary Blueberry Mocktail
INGREDIENTS
10 fresh blueberries, plus additional for garnish
1 rosemary stem, stripped
1 tablespoon agave
1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
6 ounces sparkling mineral water
1 rosemary sprig for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Using a cocktail shaker, add the blueberries, rosemary leaves and agave. Shake for 30 seconds.
Add the lemon juice and stir. Into a drinking glass, add crushed ice, then strain the syrup into the glass, and add mineral water.
Give it a little stir, and add fresh blueberries and a rosemary sprig for garnish if desired.
